ROKAE Robotics attended the 16th China International Robotics Summit and 12th Capek Award Ceremony in Wuhu, walking away with two of the event's top honors: the Annual Outstanding Brand Award and the Annual Technology Innovation Product Award (Humanoid Robots).

Ma Jiafeng, General Manager of ROKAE's Welding Division, delivered a keynote address titled Pushing the Boundaries of Collaborative Welding, sharing ROKAE's technical progress and field results in intelligent welding applications.
Known as the "Nobel Prize" of China's robotics industry, the Capek Award has served as one of the sector's most significant recognition platforms since its founding in 2014. The two awards reflect industry recognition of ROKAE's long-term investment in core robotics technology and its track record of bringing those capabilities to production-scale deployment.

Collaborative Welding: Expanding What's Possible
Demand from shipbuilding, steel structures, and construction machinery continues to push requirements for welding systems — particularly around flexibility, intelligence, and the ability to handle diverse part geometries and batch sizes.
ROKAE's full-joint force-controlled collaborative welding robot addresses these demands through a combination of a high-performance control system, advanced force control technology, and intelligent vision algorithms. The platform supports arc seam tracking, external axis coordination, multi-layer multi-pass welding, and real-time laser tracking as advanced capabilities. Full-joint force control enables smooth drag teaching, significantly lowering the skill threshold for programming and setup.
Graphical programming software and an intelligent drag handle further simplify deployment, making the system well-suited to high-mix, low-volume production common across modern manufacturing.
ROKAE's collaborative welding robots are currently deployed across shipbuilding and offshore engineering, steel structures, construction machinery, and power infrastructure — improving weld precision and throughput while reducing labor intensity and manual skill dependency.

Embodied Intelligence: Over 5,000 Units Shipped
Beyond welding, the awards also recognize ROKAE's broader progress in embodied intelligence. The AR humanoid force-controlled arm series, built on the HSA integrated force-controlled joint with a maximum torque of 480 N·m and a magnesium alloy lightweight structure — now spans 3 kg to 20 kg payload capacity, covering the full range from lightweight commercial application to heavy industrial operation. ROKAE has shipped more than 5,000 AR series units to date, with the platform seeing broad adoption among top-tier humanoid robot companies.
ROKAE's full product portfolio — spanning industrial, collaborative, and embodied intelligence robots — is deployed across automotive, electronics, new energy, precision manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial sectors in more than 40 countries, serving over 1,000 customers globally.
