ROKAE Robotics presented its latest robotics and intelligent manufacturing solutions at HANNOVER MESSE 2026, exhibiting in Hall 26 (Booth C21) and the humanoid robot zone (G44/27). The event, one of the world’s largest industrial trade fairs, placed Physical AI at the center of this year’s agenda, with a strong focus on automation and digitalization.
At the exhibition, ROKAE showcased a full portfolio covering industrial robots, collaborative robots, and embodied intelligent systems, along with application-driven solutions for manufacturing scenarios.
Core technologies for embodied intelligence
ROKAE presented its self-developed HSA integrated force-controlled joint module and AR humanoid force-controlled arm, designed to support embodied intelligence systems through the integration of hardware, algorithms, and data.
The HSA module enables high-resolution torque sensing (≤0.05 Nm), high torque density, and high-speed operation, supporting real-time control of stiffness and compliance based on external forces. The AR arm features a 7-degree-of-freedom structure with force sensing across all joints, enabling precise motion mapping and suitability for tasks such as precision assembly and surface processing.
The Helios wheeled dual-arm robot, equipped with dual 7-DOF arms and integrated joints, was also demonstrated on-site, showing high-precision teleoperation capabilities.
ROKAE continues to develop standardized and scalable core components, including robotic arms and joint modules, to support the broader deployment of embodied intelligence systems.
Application-driven solutions for global manufacturing
In addition to core hardware, ROKAE presented a range of application solutions across multiple industries, including palletizing, sorting, welding, assembly, grinding, and dispensing. These solutions are designed for sectors such as automotive, electronics, new energy, general manufacturing, and healthcare.
ROKAE’s collaborative robot series supports full-joint force control, TüV-certified safety functions, and simplified deployment, enabling flexible integration across different production environments. The company’s solutions range from full automation systems for large-scale production lines to flexible setups suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturers.
With operations in more than 40 countries and regions and service provided to over 1,000 customers, ROKAE continues to expand its presence in global manufacturing.
