ROKAE Robotics made its debut at the 2026 ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition, showcasing a full product lineup spanning industrial, collaborative, and embodied intelligence robots, alongside more than ten application solutions targeting high-end manufacturing in 3C electronics, automotive, and precision machining.
Embodied Intelligence Takes Center Stage
The AR humanoid force-control arm series drew significant visitor interest. Built on full-joint high-precision force sensing and impedance control, the AR arms support compliant drag teaching, collision detection, and adaptive trajectory adjustment. The lineup now spans from 3 kg to 10 kg payload capacity and is designed to integrate with wheeled dual-arm platforms, humanoid robots, and other embodied platforms — covering AI development, data collection, model training, and smart factory deployment.
Two live demonstrations illustrated the platform's industrial readiness:
· Feedbox handling — A wheeled dual-arm robot combining autonomous navigation, visual deep learning, and high-precision motion control to independently identify, grasp, and transfer feedboxes through a complete handling workflow.
· Battery assembly — The same platform integrating force control and visual deep learning to autonomously perceive the working environment, adjust posture in real time, and complete power battery connector insertion and cover panel assembly.
Industrial and Collaborative Automation Solutions
ROKAE also presented a broad range of production-proven solutions across key manufacturing verticals:
· Collaborative welding — The SR5-5/0.9C full-joint force-control collaborative robot, paired with an intelligent vision system, autonomously extracts weld seams, plans optimal welding paths, and supports multiple welding modes across diverse applications.
· Palletizing — The CR35-35/2.2 high-payload collaborative robot, equipped with a flexible palletizing gripper and lifting column, handles carton palletizing efficiently. ROKAE's palletizing solution covers 17–45 kg collaborative robots with an intelligent process package that auto-generates stack patterns and paths.
· Automotive projection welding — Two collaborative robots — SR5-5/0.9C and CR7-7/0.98C — working in tandem with 3D/2D vision to automate the full workflow from material pick-up, front recognition, flipping, positioning, welding, to finished part unloading. Optimized for small sheet metal parts and nut projection welding.
· Automotive interior clip installation — Covering interior panels, housings, and trim assembly, the solution automates feeding, visual positioning, force-controlled press-fitting, and inline inspection. Compatible with multiple clip types and workpiece variants, with one-touch process switching for fast line changeover.
· 3C mobile composite machine tending — Featuring tool magazine exchange, quick-swap battery, and flexible lateral movement to meet the high-precision, high-flexibility demands of 3C production.
· Disordered bin picking — The NB10-10/0.9 industrial robot with 3D vision for locating, grasping, and assembling high- and low-voltage integrated charging modules from unstructured incoming material.
· High-speed SCARA — The next-gen integrated drive-and-control SCARA robot, built on an advanced dynamics model and optimal planning algorithm, delivering speed, precision, stability, and reliability for 3C and precision manufacturing.
