An interactive experience zone was set up for visitors to try out functions such as teleoperation and compliant manipulation, providing a direct experience of ROKAE’s robots' performance and stability. The Wheeled Dual-Arm Robot Helios stood out, drawing significant attention from both domestic and international visitors with its advanced capabilities.

Leading the Industry: ROKAE's 3 Key Innovations in Embodied Intelligence
| Wheeled Dual-Arm Robot Helios: Advancing Multi-Modal Perception

Helios is a state-of-the-art wheeled dual-arm robot self-developed by ROKAE. It combines multi-modal fusion perception (pose, vision, and force control) with laser SLAM navigation, allowing it to autonomously navigate and make decisions in complex environments without any modifications of the surroundings.

With 42 degrees of freedom, Helios excels in both mobility and dexterity. It is equipped with a seven-degree-of-freedom cross-wrist force-controlled arm and joint torque sensors to achieve high-dynamic force control, making it ideal for tasks such as material handling, sorting, and precision assembly in industrial applications. Its open control architecture and flexible secondary development interface also enable customization for diverse use cases in education, research, and industrial automation.
| Humanoid Force-Controlled Arm AR Series: Human-Level Flexibility and Precision

The AR Series robot features integrated force-control joints, enabling the arms to carry payloads of up to 5kg while maintaining a lightweight design (≤10kg). With a 1:2 load-to-weight ratio, the arms provide enhanced motion efficiency and agility. Their humanoid design, which includes seven degrees of freedom and a cross-wrist configuration, allows for the precise replication of human hand movements—particularly suited for tasks requiring high-speed, precise manipulation.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in force-controlled collaborative robotics, the AR Series is designed for safety and reliability. These arms are equipped with advanced SDK algorithms, multiple end-effector interfaces, and the flexibility to integrate seamlessly with humanoid robots, wheeled dual-arm robots, and other robotic platforms. They are ideal for applications in AI, data collection, training, and smart factory automation.
| HSA Integrated Force-Control Joints: The Heart of Embodied Intelligence

The HSA joint modules are lightweight, compact, and highly integrated, with the smallest unit weighing just 413g. Such design eliminates the need for additional redundant components, enabling fast and efficient assembly. The joints feature high-precision torque sensors, achieving micro-force sensing with a resolution of<0.05Nm, and respond to dynamic changes in payload within milliseconds. With a force control loop refresh rate of 1kHz, the HSA modules deliver high torque density (up to 50Nm/kg) and high-speed motor operation (up to 6000 rpm), providing a solid foundation for a variety of robotic applications.

Additionally, ROKAE offers force control algorithm solutions, delivering plug-and-play core components for the embodied Intelligence industry.
