Leveraging industry-leading, fully self-developed core technologies and globally top-tier full-force-controlled joint cobots, ROKAE’s solutions incorporate AI, embodied intelligence engines, multi-modal perception fusion, VLA large model intelligence, imitation learning, and reinforcement learning algorithms. These enable autonomous task decomposition, real-time decision-making, and human-like motion and operational flexibility—capable of handling a wide range of complex and generalized tasks.

ROKAE dual arm robot integrates embodied intelligence, visual perception, and compliant force control technology, generates massive training data through a high-precision virtual simulation environment. It also possesses complex operational skills and dynamic scene adaptability, enabling itself to achieve autonomous compliant collaborative assembly and humanoid motion learning planning.

In a live demonstration, a dual-arm robot quickly identified randomly placed building blocks on a table, autonomously planned the assembly path, and accurately assembled the specified structure, demonstrating highly anthropomorphic intelligent assembly capabilities.
Equipped with embodied large models, intelligent vision technology, and dexterous hands, the system exhibits strong autonomous task decomposition, real-time decision-making, and millimeter-level precision operation. It understands natural language commands and can independently execute delicate and complex tasks, effortlessly recognizing and grasping diverse objects.
In the future, these advancements will significantly lower the barrier to robot use in manufacturing, services, and other fields, greatly enhancing flexibility and transitioning robots from specialized equipment into intelligent assistants for daily production and life.
02 In-Depth Applications Empowering Industries: 15+ Full-Scenario Solutions Addressing Smart Manufacturing Challenges
At the conference, ROKAE exhibited 15+ typical applications targeting key sectors such as automotive, 3C, home appliances, and healthcare, covering full-range operational scenarios including welding, grinding, palletizing, assembly, and loading/unloading, addressing the industry’s intelligent transformation needs precisely.
· Home Appliance Compliant Force-Control Assembly:
ROKAE’s xMate CR series flexible cobots combine force-sensing control and 3D vision technology to achieve human-like compliant assembly, efficiently completing the assembly of home appliance products. Advanced force-guided search technology supports multiple search modes, solving challenges in precision component matching and insertion. A unique adaptive adjustment mode effectively prevents jamming and part wear during assembly.

· Intelligent Portable Welding Robot:
ROKAE’s flexible welding robot, integrated with a welding AGV, offers flexible deployment and easy mobility. It automatically plans welding paths for various seam shapes, enabling welding of diverse workpieces. With high-precision torque sensors embedded in each joint, the robot achieves 1N-level drag teaching—allowing operators to perform accurate teaching programming by dragging the robot with one hand. The new graphical welding programming system includes an expert welding process library, supports adaptive grooving and fine weld bead adjustment, and offers multiple weaving patterns.

· Cobot Intelligent Palletizing:
ROKAE's flexible cobot xMate CR series, equipped with adaptive palletizing grippers and lifting columns, efficiently completes carton palletizing tasks. With a maximum palletizing height of 2550 mm and a speed of 9-13 boxes per minute, the system integrates a self-developed intelligent palletizing process package. It supports graphical touchscreen interaction, enabling complete deployment through single drag-and-teach programming, automatically generating stack patterns and palletizing paths.

· Plastic Part Grinding
ROKAE industrial robots address defects of parting lines generated during plastic molding processes by grinding and deburring, significantly enhancing product quality. Furthermore, to overcome long-standing technical bottlenecks in the grinding industry, ROKAE has introduced industrial robots featuring hypoid gear transmission and large hollow structures. Combined with the next-generation xCore control system, these enhancements improve robot speed and precision while resolving zero-point loss issues after collisions. The solution also includes industry-optimized force control, vision systems, and offline programming software to meet diverse complex application requirements.

· Metal Deburring
ROKAE industrial robots, powered by xCore control system and paired with floating grinding tools, easily remove burrs and flashes from cast iron molded parts, aluminum-magnesium alloy die-castings, and steel machined components. This effectively addresses deburring challenges for irregularly shaped workpieces.

· 3C Industry Inspection & Loading and Unloading
ROKAE's XB7L industrial robot utilizes vision positioning to identify the posture of incoming materials, precisely grasps components, and transports them to processing or inspection equipment. It ensures high efficiency and accuracy in handling loading and unloading tasks for electronic products in the 3C industry.

· AI Rehabilitation Therapy Robot:
Equipped with a ROKAE flexible robotic arm and integrated AI technology, the robot performs rehabilitation therapy for endogenous pain such as lung nodules, frozen shoulder, and lumbar muscle strain. It greatly alleviates shortages of rehabilitation therapists, improves grassroots medical capabilities, and promotes the intelligent transformation of rehabilitation medicine.

Additionally, the NB220 and NB80 series of large payload industrial robots, the NB25 series small payload industrial robots, and the XB7 high-speed, high-precision model were exhibited, fully demonstrating ROKAE’s complete product matrix from small and medium payload to large payload industrial robots, meeting diverse industry demands.
